There is no support contract. When you need us, you call us and we are there. You have access to the technician directly via the cell phone. You don`t get tossed into the queue and wait.

We charge by the quarter hour. If you are willing to do some work with us, we will troubleshoot a problem over the phone with you. It may only take 15 minutes and your bill will be for only 1/4 hour. We enable our clients to do as much or as little as they like.
